Katrhyn Biel is a writer of women’s fiction who adds a dash of chick lit and a whiff of romance. Everything but the kitchen sink. Check out her latest, Jump, Jive and Wail, available today. You won’t be sorry!

To Survive on a Desert Island:

  1. Shelter (as in one that I didn’t have to build)
  2. A hot cabana boy
  3. An endless supply of books
  4. A never-ending vat of sunscreen, SPF Lead Shield (I’m very pasty white )
  5. Matches and a knife Aww, heck, who am I kidding. Unless it’s a Sandals resort, my survival ain’t gonna happen!

In My Purse At All Times:

  1. Emory board (although I don’t know why, because I still bite my fingernails)
  2. Hand lotion
  3. A Sharpie (’cause you never know when you need one, but I usually do)
  4. My wallet (cash optional)
  5. My cell phone

In My Wardrobe:

  1. Spandex undergarments in all shapes and sizes
  2. Killer heels
  3. Clothes that I swear I will lose enough weight to wear again
  4. Clothes that I swear I will not gain enough weight to wear again
  5. Lots of green

In My Library:

  1. The Twilight Saga (I know, I know)
  2. Gone With The Wind
  3. The Charlie Davidson Series by Darynda Jones
  4. Some smutty books that I won’t actually admit to owning
  5. Memoires of a Geisha

In My Pantry:

  1. Lots of canned goods that are expired and I’ve forgotten I even purchased
  2. Multiple, open, half-eaten boxes of cereal, all stale
  3. Baking goods (because I always intend on baking but then am too lazy)
  4. More condiments than the supermarket
  5. Paper plates for those nights I don’t want to deal with dishes
